COVID-19 UPDATE

Plenty of things are on hold. Your health shouldn’t be one of them.

Our clinics are prepared to keep you and your family safe and healthy in these uncertain times of the novel coronavirus crisis.

Crown Clinic is pleased to welcome you — our returning patients and new ones — for necessary consultations, medical procedures and clinic visits. Be assured that we have implemented extra safeguards to protect you and our staffs.

Call us at 03-90111769 or go to make an appointment and let us help you get the care you need.

Here are some of the changes you may notice during your next appointment.

Updated visitor policy
We’re asking that only patients come by appointments. If you need an exception, please ask in advance.

More frequent cleaning
We’re cleaning and disinfecting rooms more often.

Screening for all patients
We are screening all patients, staffs and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival every day. Any visitor or employee with those symptoms isn't allowed to enter.

Masks or face coverings
Face coverings are required for patients and staffs. We’ll provide one if you don’t have your own.

Spacing in waiting areas
To ensure social distancing, we’ve spaced out chairs, limited the number of people in waiting rooms, and created a one-way path of travel through clinics wherever possible.

Visitor Limitation Policy

  • One parent or guardian may accompany a minor or child
  • One caregiver may accompany a patient with cognitive limitations or disability
  • One caregiver may accompany a patient with physical limitations
  • No siblings of a patient unless they have an appointment
  • No visitors with a fever, cough, or breathing problems

What to Expect

Before Your Appointment

Depending upon the reason for your doctor’s visit, this checklist can help you prepare.

  • Gather documents to bring to your doctor’s visit:
  • Copies of any tests, x-rays, or medical histories relating to your medical problem.
  • A list of all current medications taken on a regular basis, including over-the-counter and herbal medications.
  • Review any special directions from your doctor about diet or medication restrictions prior to your appointment.
  • Ask friends or relatives to accompany you if you wish. Depending on the type of appointment you have, you may need someone to take you home.
